Seasonal Depression
Seasonal affective disorder or most commonly known as Seasonal Depression is a type of depression that occurs during the same season each year. It usually happens in the fall or winter, but some people may experience season-linked symptoms in the summer. According to the Canadian Mental Health Association around 2-10% of Canadians are affected, although it is more likely to occur in women than in men. This short series is meant to show my own point of view and how I deal with SAD.
